Argentus is excited to be working with a well-established organization in the transportation and logistics space on a search for an Operations Manager – Intermodal Logistics. This organization is a strong player within the GTA market, known for its operational discipline, customer focus, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They’ve partnered with Argentus to support a key leadership hire within their operations team.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role with regular interaction with senior leadership, offering the opportunity to influence both operational performance and broader business outcomes. You’ll lead teams across operations and safety, while also acting as a key contact for customers, managing escalations and ensuring service expectations are consistently met. In addition, you’ll support business growth initiatives by partnering with commercial teams and helping to onboard and scale new accounts.

This opportunity is best suited for candidates with 5–8 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations, with strong exposure to intermodal or drayage environments. Experience leading teams in high-volume settings is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
