Argentus is working with one of our fantastic clients in the Consumer Goods space on a Supply Chain Analyst role! This company has a proud history in their product category, with a global scope and a suite of well-loved products. Today, they’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst!
The Opportunity:
This Supply Chain Analyst will work on a Hybrid basis to support the company’s facilities in the West GTA, with occasional travel to the U.S. as required. In this role, the successful candidate will manage key supply chain accountabilities including supply planning, purchasing and inventory management for the company’s products, working within the company’s global KPIs to deliver a high standard of performance and customer service for the company’s Canadian operations. You will work to execute daily inventory management tasks, while also providing overall inventory analysis using the company’s SAP system, working within this and other tools to establish continuous improvement initiatives, and manage projects for increased supply chain maturity. In collaboration with the company’s global operations, you’ll also work to manage and execute projects that introduce new best practices and systems (including SAP Hana) to improve the overall supply chain management function, and build it as a digital centre of excellence within the organization.
The Ideal Candidate:
Our client is looking for individuals with a strong background in inventory management, supply planning and purchasing within Consumer Packaged Goods or a similar industry—with a focus on project management. The successful candidate must also have excellent analytical skills, with strong experience with SAP, as well as very strong continuous improvement chops.
