Today we’re bringing you another strong sole contributor-level role with one of our top clients. This client, in a confidential industry, has a proud history of success in their field, a well-developed customer and supply base, and a strong working culture. As part of their continued growth, they’ve asked Argentus to identify a strong Marketing Manager to support their facility in the North GTA!

This individual will work closely with the company’s agency partner to develop and execute a number of strategic marketing initiatives, with the goal of bolstering the company’s brand and position in the marketplace. The successful candidate for the Marketing Manager role will develop and implement a content calendar for marketing communications, aligned with the overall goals of the business, with the goal of boosting several key marketing KPIs. Interfacing with the agency, this Marketing Manager will generate and project manager several key pieces of marketing communications, including the company’s bi-annual product catalogues, as well as regular flyers for the company’s customers, promotional offers, email campaigns, electronic media, and other material. In this role, you will oversee the creation of these digital assets, working to expand the overall breadth and depth of the company’s brand position, while upholding the core message and values of the brand. You will use insights gleaned from market trends and customers to develop marketing communications that have impact, working to align the brand to ensure a consistent voice across all marketing channels. In addition, you will develop and monitor several key marketing KPIs, working to measure success and optimize the communications going forward. 

The successful candidate for this role needs to have very strong marketing and design chops, with significant relevant experience in a B2B industry, as well as very strong project management skills and organization to execute on impactful marketing projects. You will need very strong business acumen, and the ability to foster a strong relationship with the company’s agency partner in the execution of projects, as well as very strong analytics ability to develop and improve marketing key performance indicators.
