Argentus is working with a new client, a well-renowned firm in the luxury goods distribution space. This company has an excellent product line and a diverse, inclusive, collaborative workplace culture. Today, they’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to add to their team!
Working out of the company’s Toronto facility and reporting to the VP of Operations, the Warehouse Manager will lead a focused team of direct reports in fulfillment of the company’s distribution objectives. You will oversee daily operation of the warehouse to provide a very high degree of customer service, which includes fulfilling eCommerce requests, working with carriers and logistics to successfully deliver product, monitoring inventory accuracy with the company’s ERP system (SAP), managing warehouse budgets and expenditures, and oversee documentation for all procedures. You will work with other functions including Operations, Marketing and Sales to break down silos and improve customer service, and act as a coach and mentor to the Warehousing & Distribution team. In addition, our client is looking for an individual with significant, demonstrated Continuous Improvement acumen to help modernize the way they use their SAP system and find opportunities for efficiency and cost savings in the Warehousing process.
It’s a great place to work. They’re looking for someone with at least 5+ years of Warehousing experience, with at least 3 at the managerial level. ERP experience (in particular SAP) is also a must for this role, as is a demonstrated track record of continuous improvement within your past Warehousing work.
