They’ve approached Argentus with hiring needs for some excellent Supply Chain roles – in this case a Supply Planning Manager!
This Supply Planning Manager will work out of the organization’s Brampton, ON facility to develop and execute an integrated Supply Planning strategy for multiple plants. You will use your excellent understanding of the upstream and downstream Supply Chain process to create supply models that incorporate demand planning, new product planning, inventory, capacity and other business intelligence for senior leadership. You will take on primary responsibility for Supply modeling, balancing Supply with Demand, as the key fulcrum between the Demand Planning and Manufacturing planning arms of the organization. You will work with key stakeholders throughout the Supply Chain to develop exceptional on-time inventory plans, and lead the supply review process. In addition, you will also take on supervisory duties for the Supply Planning team, working to coach and mentor them as they grow.
Our client is looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and Demand Planning in a manufacturing organization, with a strong understanding of S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
