You will develop a broad understanding of forecasts for a range of time-scales, seasonality, procurement plans, and master schedules, and uncover lead-time risks in production, communicating them to senior leadership. In addition, you will use a deep analytical ability to identify opportunities for extra efficiency in the production process, while developing and implementing KPIs to improve the overall effectiveness of the Planning function. While this role does not yet have direct reports, it will continue to evolve into more leadership responsibility as the organization grows and new Production Planners are brought onboard.
