This client is a highly entrepreneurial rising star providing manufacturing and distribution of products to various clients in the Automotive sector. They’re a highly competent provider in the industry, with a sterling reputation and an excellent presence across the country. Today they’re looking for an Inventory Analyst on a 1-year contract to help bolster their Supply Chain function!
Working out of the company’s Toronto office, the Inventory Analyst will take on support for the company’s distribution and manufacturing operations across their Supply Chain. That means working to develop, coordinate, and maintain inventories of raw materials and finished goods by using MRP systems to create supply and inventory demand plans. The overall goal is optimization of the company’s inventory resources, as well as solid collaboration with forecast analysts and production planners, towards continuous improvement of the inventory function within the company’s larger Supply Chain. You’ll build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external partners, drive improved quality, and in general build excellence within the inventory planning function of the company.
This client is starting the role with a 1 year contract, but there’s a strong potential for the right candidate to move into a permanent role afterward. They also have excellent compensation, and a strong culture of internal growth. The successful candidate for this role needs to have at least 3 years of experience in inventory planning and replenishment, as well as exceptional relationship-building skills who is able to work with vendors and internal stakeholders in a change-oriented environment.
