Argentus is thrilled to be working with a new client on a number of impactful contract roles! This company is a leading food producer with a reputation for excellence and a portfolio of market-leading brands. Today, they’re looking for three Coupa Administrators on contract for their office in Toronto!
These roles (6 months to start) will act as subject matter experts and front-line support for the company’s global Coupa Procurement system. You will help lead the company’s ongoing digital procurement deployment by working to help improve the execution of the company’s Coupa implementation (S2C, AIC and P2P modules). You will cultivate a deep understanding of user needs and the current system configuration – and then work to identify workflow and process changes to improve the system, working to execute and configure those changes to drive value in the company. You will work to improve the capability for the company to use Coupa as a valuable reporting tool in the Procurement process. In addition, you will work as a level 2 support resource to resolve ongoing tickets, offer support to users, monitor errors, and lead training and documentation for the system for company users and suppliers.
A deep familiarity with Coupa – particularly S2C, AIC and P2P Modules – (at least 2+ years of experience) is a must for this role, as is a keen, analytical mind that understands how to drive improvements in process.
