Argentus is thrilled to be working with yet another new client! This company is a world leader in the food industry, and they are looking to add to their Supply Chain team with a Supply Chain and Operations Analyst.
The role of Supply Chain and Operations Analyst is driven by the utilization of historical data to provide the necessary information and statistics to optimize decision making. This position will be supporting teams cross functionally in the company, including but not limited to Sourcing, Distribution, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse. As a team player you will be working collaboratively on projects and driving change together. When it comes to inventory, the Supply Chain and Operations Analyst will manage inbound shipments, as well as ensure stock is reaching KPIs, slow moving items are managed, and programs are executed properly to minimize waste.
The successful candidate for this role will be a highly motivated individual with critical thinking and the ability to meet deadlines. It is important that you are well versed in performing detailed analyses and working with complex data systems, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office. A post-secondary education in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology Management, or Supply Chain Management is ideal and previous experience with SAP or I2 is an asset.
